A newly renovated three-story home in Lincoln City’s Oceanlake neighborhood, just blocks from the beach. This house works because it gives groups the space they need - separate living areas, plenty of bathrooms, and outdoor space on every level. Our Coastal Allure rental is designed for families and small groups who want a clean, convenient home base while exploring the Oregon Coast and the charm of a classic Oregon seaside town.
Inside:
The main floor centers around an open kitchen and living room with a gas fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large island with extra seating. Five bedrooms spread across three floors, four with their own TV. The primary bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub. Four full bathrooms mean no one waits for a shower.
The ground floor has its own living room, kitchenette, dining area, and foosball table - essentially a second gathering space. WiFi and Smart TVs for streaming throughout the home. Board games, gaming systems, and movies provided. Sand toys and beach chairs are ready to go. Families traveling together appreciate having options. So do groups with kids who want to stay up late watching movies.
Outside:
A new back concrete patio, second-story balconies front and back, and a private third-floor balcony off the primary bedroom. An outdoor hot tub, multiple ways to enjoy the Oregon coast air.
Location:
Less than a 5-minute walk to beach access, restaurants, and shops. Close to Devil’s Lake for kayaking and paddleboarding. Lincoln City sits centrally on the Oregon coast, making it an ideal base for day trips exploring the entire coast—from whale watching in Depoe Bay to the Newport aquarium, historic lighthouses, excellent tide pooling, Pacific City surf scene, and endless viewpoints along Highway 101. Or stay local and explore Lincoln City’s miles of sandy beach.
