The spacious living room has a queen sleeper and a full size sleeper sofa. The first bedroom, has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a queen, as well. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and an attached bath. The downstairs is connected to the upstairs by an exterior staircase. Downstairs, you will find a game room apartment. There is king, a twin over full bunk, and a sleeper sofa, along with a half bath. There is a fabulous pool table. Lost Colony Villas offers a community pool, a boardwalk to the beach and miles of secluded beach. Come enjoy a day at the beach and a perfect sunset at the Lost At Sea beach house. This home can accommodate a maximum of 4 cars. (no garage access) All vehicles must be parked in driveway. No parking in the grass or street. NO garage access. Towing enforced by the HOA.
