Situated 50m from the Promenade for Sunsets, Sunrises and the Ocean. Spacious 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit in a secure apartment block, situated on the 1st floor, a stones throw away from the Sea Point Promenade and close to all activities, restaurants and bistro’s. This is a self catering unit. We have hotel quality linens. Stays of 8 nights or longer will receive complimentary mid-stay changeovers. Please note that stairs are required as the apartment block does not have a lift. This three bedroom apartment is fitted with all the essentials to make your stay comfortable. Guests can use all the amenities and facilities inside the unit. It is a government-enforced cut-off of main power to certain areas at scheduled times during the day. We do have a back up battery which can be used for charging your laptop and cell phone and to power a light We do offer the convenience of portable lamps during these periods which can also be used to charge your mobile devices. We do provide a battery to power the Wi-fi for 2 hours during these periods so you shall have internet. Additionally, we’ll provide you with an app that sends notifications of scheduled power outages, so you can plan accordingly.
