The best location in Port Aransas! Located right in the middle of the Flats and just a 2 minute walk to Bernie’s, Trout Street, Fisherman’s Wharf, Virginia’s, and the new Sip Yard. This 3 bedroom and 2 full bath cottage is a hidden gem! The open living room and kitchen area offers room to gather, and a sleeper sofa. The1st bedroom has two queen size beds, the 2nd bedroom two fulls and the 3rd bedroom a full and a twin. This cottage will sleep a total of 10 people comfortably. This rental is a duplex. Sorry, no pool access.

- A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest’s drivers license is required
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $100+tax , per pet, per stay. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $25+tax per stay.
