Relax on the spacious outdoor deck in the secure ground-level atrium, where cozy, worldly decor meets a welcoming atmosphere for your perfect city retreat. The apartment is a two bedroom, two bathroom unit with large open plan living area comprising of a lounge, dining room table and kitchen. Bedrooms: Both bedrooms are furnished with top quality linen and amenities, have air-conditioning and both have en suites with complimentary bathroom amenities such as shampoo, conditioners and lotions. Living Spaces: There is the lounge with a smart TV, fast internet and a little balcony facing one of de Waterkant oldest buildings. The kitchen itself is fully equipped for any cooking needs and leads out onto the large patio area with lots of seating and great for an evening dinner outside. Wifi is backed up during load-shedding For stays of 8 nights or longer we can offer a complimentary weekly clean and linen change. This is a self-catering apartment and we do provide the essentials to get you started. De Waterkant is very central near the city centre, V&A Waterfront, CTICC and lots of restaurants. It’s very safe to walk around during the day and only about 10 meters from the nearest shopping mall and coffee shops. Stairs are required to access the apartment from the parking bay. There is an optional 2nd route which is slightly longer which does not require stairs. We do provide enough Electricity for guest stays, a fair usage policy will apply to all reservations. For Stays of 8 nights or longer additional electricity may be for the guests account.
