Sleeping up to 12 guests, this property offers the rare combination of indoor comfort and outdoor amenities that rival a boutique resort. Perfect for family reunions, multigenerational trips, or group getaways, this home is ready to host every moment. LIVING & DINING The main-level living area is open, airy, and built for togetherness — with wide seating, a Smart TV, and seamless flow to the kitchen and backyard. Everyone can stay connected, whether watching a movie, playing games, or catching up with friends. The dining area comfortably seats your full group, making family dinners and snack spreads effortless. Large windows flood the space with natural light, while the layout lets parents keep an eye on the kids without missing adult conversation. KITCHEN The fully stocked kitchen has everything a vacation-ready home should: full-size appliances, cookware, utensils, and a coffee maker to fuel your mornings. From big pancake breakfasts before a day on the courts to simple takeout dinners, this kitchen handles it all — no hunting for spatulas or pot lids required. BEDROOMS This 4-bedroom home sleeps 12 comfortably, with a layout that works for couples, families, and mixed-age groups. Bedroom 1 — Main Level King: A primary suite with a king bed, Smart TV, and private ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 — Upper Level King: A second king bedroom with a Smart TV and private ensuite. Bedroom 3 — Upper Level Queen: A queen bedroom with a twin trundle bed and a Smart TV. Bedroom 4 — Upper Level Bunk Bedroom: A twin-over-twin bunk bed with a twin trundle bed and Smart TV. BATHROOMS Three full bathrooms — including ensuite bathrooms in the king bedrooms — keep morning routines smooth, even with a full house. Clean, well-stocked, and ready for your group from day one. OUTDOOR OASIS Step outside and you’ll understand why guests come back. The heated private pool (electric heater, fee applies — see below) sits at the heart of a backyard that doesn’t quit: a bubbling above-ground hot tub for after-hours soaking, a full pickleball court, a basketball court, a putt-putt/mini golf setup, a firepit perfect for s’mores and late-night conversations, a BBQ grill, and a covered outdoor patio with dining space for the whole group. In San Antonio, the weather cooperates more often than not — and this backyard is designed to take full advantage of every beautiful day and evening. GAME ROOM When the sun is high or the outdoor fun winds down, the indoor game room keeps the entertainment going. A pool/billiards table anchors the space, perfect for tournaments, casual games, and family fun — the kind of room that turns a vacation rental into a true vacation destination. The guest has access to the entire home minus the locked cleaners’ closet. By Car: Renting a car is a convenient option to explore the area at your own pace. Having a car makes it easy to visit the many shopping centers, restaurants, and other points of interest in the area. Rideshare Services: Services like Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area, providing a convenient alternative to driving. Simply book a ride through the app, and you’ll be on your way to your destination in no time. Check-in is at 4pm Check-out is at 10am - Pets are not permitted. - Stays of 28 days or more may incur an additional cleaning fee. - No parties allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors. - An exterior camera is installed solely to monitor our cleaning team for quality and security purposes. - Parking is available for 4 vehicles in the driveway. Please note that street parking is not allowed. - If you’re interested in a long-term stay, please reach out to inquire about availability - The heated pool fee is $100/night. The pool can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature; please keep in mind that when the weather is cooler may not be as warm as you might expect. For example, if the ambient nightly temperature is only 55 degrees, then the pool might heat up to 75-80 degrees. We recommend the pool is heated in the months between October to May each year. We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you’d like the pool heated. Pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Thank you! - Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property. GUEST VERIFICATION: To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed. Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes: - Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions. - Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in. - Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book. The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property.
