Langosta in Costa Rica, also known as Playa Langosta, is a peaceful upscale neighborhood located 10 minutes walk from the bustling Tamarindo center. We recommend if you are going to reserve a golf cart, reserve a gasoline one as the electric one is not allowed to be connected to the building. Please note that in the high season (November - May) the public parking for the beaches is overcrowded. The pristine beach of Playa Langosta with its unrivaled sunsets and relaxing tide pools is right across the street. Guests of Langosta Lookout at Peninsula will enjoy the exceptional amenities offered to the Peninsula buildings which include two resort swimming pools – a freeform pool and a lap pool. You can also work-out in the two gyms, grill at the multiple outdoor BBQ kitchens, or relax on the fabulous ocean view roof deck – perfect for a sunset cocktail or watching the sun rise.  It’s an easy 10-minute stroll on the newly paved road or along the beach into the vibrant Tamarindo town center to experience bustling restaurants, shops, activities, and nightlife.  You are close enough to enjoy all that Tamarindo has to offer but in Langosta you can escape the crowds for peace, tranquility, and the ability to reconnect with family and friends. Langosta Lookout offers a master bedroom with king bed, jetted soaker tub, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, and terrace, wonderful for enjoying your morning coffee. The additional guest bedrooms (one including a desk/workspace) share a full bath with walk-in shower. Additionally, there is a half bathroom in the open living area and a dedicated laundry room adjacent to the kitchen. We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved. - Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,500. We understand accidents happen, so we’ve got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself. *Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the OTA tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank.
