The master suite features a queen bed and private ensuite, and two additional queen bedrooms, a fourth bedroom with a bunk, and a fifth with two single beds make it ideal for families or groups of friends.
Set right on the water, Aqua Tides boasts its own private jetty — perfect for launching the five included kayaks, docking your boat or jetskis, or casting a line for fishing and crabbing. Dolphins are known to swim right through the marina, often passing directly beneath the jetty. For a truly local experience, paddle across to The Deck restaurant for lunch or cocktails, or enjoy a short walk to the beach just two minutes away. Bikes are also provided for an easy ride to the Busselton Jetty and town centre.
The home’s modern open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area is designed for comfort and connection, flowing seamlessly to a covered outdoor entertaining space with BBQ, dining area, and firepit. - $200 refundable security deposit is required prior to your stay. This will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are found during the property inspection.

- Busselton’s close to natural wetlands, so from October to January you may notice some mosquitoes and midges, especially at dawn and dusk. It’s a normal part of the area. We recommend bringing repellent for a more comfortable stay.
This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.
