The upper floor includes an additional double bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom and a private balcony, ideal for enjoying sunrise light or evening views. A short walk across the veranda leads to a staircase descending to the second independent house. This lower-level section offers three beautifully appointed bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, another includes two single beds that can be joined, and both share a full bathroom. The third bedroom comes with its own ensuite bathroom. A convenient kitchenette completes this level, providing extra comfort for families or groups who prefer additional independence.
