Downtown Del Mar’s boutiques and restaurants are also nearby.. BEDROOMS & SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS Primary Bedroom: King bed, 50" TV, dresser Bedroom 2: Two queen beds, 50" TV, dresser Living Room: Sofa converts to a full bed HEAT & AC Central heating and air conditioning, which is uncommon for beach homes. KITCHEN The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a gas range, cookware, dishware, utensils, and other essentials. LIVING AREA The living area offers comfortable seating, a full futon sofa, and a 65-inch Samsung TV for entertainment. WHAT’S INCLUDED High-speed WiFi and cable/satellite TV. Starter supplies are provided, including trash bags, paper towels, a sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods, and dryer sheets. Downstairs shared laundry room. Pack ’n Play. Don’t forget to pack the sheet. Beach supplies. TOWELS & LINENS Bath and beach/pool towels provided. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for guest use. Iron and ironing board. THINGS TO KNOW The fireplace is inoperable. The garage accommodates one compact or midsize vehicle. Travel insurance is recommended for unforeseen circumstances. The cancellation policy is strictly enforced. Guests must be 25 years or older to book. LOCATION The property is steps from beach access and Casa Romantica. Del Mar’s restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques are half a mile away. GUEST ACCESS Keyless entry is provided with a unique code issued before arrival. No physical keys are required. FAQ’s CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT Check-in: 4 PM Check-out: 11 AM Early arrival or late departure may be available at no extra charge when possible. CLEANING Checkout cleaning is included. Mid-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee. PACKAGE DELIVERY Package delivery is not recommended due to the mailbox access being unavailable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
