This cheerful coastal condo is steps from beach access and adjacent to the historic Casino and Ole Hanson Beach Club, making it ideal for weddings, events, or a relaxing beach retreat. Tastefully updated with a beach-inspired design, the condo offers comfortable living, a private balcony for coffee or cocktails, and easy access to the sand, surf, beach trails, and all that North Beach has to offer. Bedroom and Sleeping Arrangements Bedroom 1: King bed, ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2: Two queen beds. Loft: Queen bed. Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa. HEAT & AC Central heating and air conditioning are a rare feature in beach homes. KITCHEN The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, crockpot, drip coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Basic cookware, dinnerware, utensils, and kitchen tools are provided. WHAT’S INCLUDED High-speed WiFi Streaming TV with Free HBO, Paramount and Peacock Starter supplies are included: trash bags, paper towels, a sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods, and dryer sheets. Private washer and dryer. TOWELS & LINENS Bath and beach towels are provided. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for guest use. An iron and an ironing board are provided. THINGS TO KNOW Unit C is the lower unit of our two-story townhome. Access to the unit requires climbing 12 stairs. Two tandem parking spaces are available. A Pack ’n Play is available. Please bring your own sheet. IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES No smoking anywhere on the property. No pets allowed, except approved ADA service animals. Garage access is not available. Guests must be 25 years or older to book. Travel insurance is recommended for unforeseen circumstances. The cancellation policy is strictly enforced. This is a noise-sensitive community with Good Neighbor monitoring for sound levels only. Guest privacy is respected. Please review the extended description for full details. LOCATION The property is steps from North Beach access and the beach trail, and a short drive to Del Mar shops, the pier, outlets, Dana Point Harbor, and other attractions. GUEST ACCESS Keyless entry is provided with a unique code sent before arrival. No physical keys are required.
