The apartment is located on the second floor of an elevator-equipped building that dates back to the early 1900s. Please note that there are about a dozen steps to climb to reach the elevator, so guests with a walking disability may need assistance or find it challenging. We regret that the elevator cannot comfortably accommodate a guest in a wheelchair.
The apartment, a blend of modern and traditional, is rich in natural light and is the quintessential exercise in classic Italian décor: hardwood floors, porcelain tile backsplashes and marble inserts "conspire" to make you feel like you are in a country house.
This unit sleeps up to four: two in the master bedroom (complete with a large closet) and two in the living room, where a comfortable sofa bed converts into a queen-size bed. The only bathroom has a bath and shower, while the fully equipped kitchen is complete with all the essentials for cooking your own meals - in addition to a fridge and freezer, you will find a Nespresso, microwave, gas oven, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine (please note that this is not a dryer).
This accommodation has independent heating and a free Wifi connection is offered to all guests. The air conditioning is located in the living room and kitchen and due to the size of the apartment can efficiently cool the entire property.
