This is a beautiful, newly-renovated self-catering home with all the benefits of good food, local ales, and the relaxed atmosphere of a traditional village inn just next door. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living room, ideal for relaxing after a day of adventure. The kitchen is well-equipped and offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals, with plenty of space for dining. Upstairs, we have a cosy bedroom and a modern en-suite with a shower, perfect for couples. The location is one of the property’s biggest delights. Cirencester, known as the “Capital of the Cotswolds,” is only a short drive away and offers a mix of Roman history, boutique shops, cafés, markets and beautiful parkland. Even closer is the vast Cotswolds lakes, with the Cotswold Water Park and South Cerney lakes just a short drive away, a huge network of over one hundred and fifty lakes offering paddleboarding, kayaking, sailing, wakeboarding, swimming, wildlife reserves and lakeside walks. It’s a paradise for both adventure seekers and those who simply enjoy wandering beside the water. You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable £300 deposit (with a small, non-refundable £4.70 fee for UK cards or £9.00 for international cards) or purchasing a non-refundable £30 damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to £300 during your stay.
