- The garage is not available for parking, but guests can store kayaks, floats, ski equipment, sleds, sporting equipment, and other gear in the garage
- The on-site lake access area is very shallow, and swimming is not advised; guests can swim in the open part of the lake just past Loon Lake Marina or at Loon Lake Public Beach
- Children under age 13 are required to wear life vests on the dock (bring your own life vests)
