Dunkery View is an attractive apartment set over two floors, sleeping two in a large bedroom with a superking-sized bed. The property offers a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious sitting/dining room with TV, DVD and CD player, and a shower room with a large shower. A useful drying/boot room is provided for walking footwear and outer garments, and full central heating runs throughout, with electricity and heating costs included in the price. Wireless broadband is also available. The kitchen comes fitted with a washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, electric oven and ceramic hob, along with a toaster, kettle and a full range of utensils, cutlery, crockery and glassware. Bed linen, duvets, blankets and towels are provided, along with a small welcome supply of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits, plus basic cleaning materials and toilet rolls. Outside, guests have sole use of a large, enclosed private garden adjacent to the property, from where the dark skies of Exmoor and the Milky Way can be enjoyed on clear nights, along with wonderful views towards Dunkery and Exmoor. Ample off-road private parking for a car and bikes is available directly in front of the property. This is a strictly non-smoking property and, unfortunately, dogs are not permitted. The apartment is not suitable for children, is not wheelchair accessible and is not suitable for guests with restricted mobility. Dunkery View is available for week-long breaks running Saturday to Saturday, with short breaks sometimes available. Arrival is from 4pm, with departure by 10am on the day of leaving.
