Daily cleaning and turn-down services provide an extra layer of comfort, ensuring your stay is nothing short of truly enjoyable. Our manager will assist you with any questions or requests that may come up during your stay. He can also assist with the following: scooter/car rental, transportation, massage, and local knowledge and tours. Please do not hesitate to contact him during your stay. The car parking is not available at the villa. The parking space is fit to scooter only *Bali being a tropical island, it is not unusual to spot exotic animals from time to time (bats, lizards, bugs…). All of them are completely harmless and part of local everyday life. « The villa is subject to noise from neighboring construction. Rates have been adjusted accordingly. Some noise or activity may be present during the day. By booking, guests accept this and understand that no refunds will be issued for construction-related concerns » At our property, we strive to create a tranquil and private sanctuary for every guest. That said, we wish to inform you that nearby construction activities in the area may occasionally disrupt the level of privacy. While this situation is beyond our control, please rest assured that we remain committed to ensuring your comfort and making your stay as pleasant as possible. Thank you for your kind understanding. Since the property is located in a newly developed area, the electricity supply may not be as reliable as in more developed cities. Occasional power cuts from the island’s unique provider are to be expected. Please note that these situations are entirely beyond the host’s control. There is no generator on-site, and refunds will not be provided for this reason. FAQs Q: What time is check in? A: Check in is from 2 PM. If you arrive earlier, you are very welcome to drop your luggage at the villa and start exploring the neighborhood while our team prepares everything for you. Early check in may be possible depending on availability, and we will always do our best to accommodate your request, but it cannot be guaranteed in advance. Our on site team is available until 5 PM. For arrivals after 5 PM, we provide a simple and smooth self check in process so you can settle in comfortably at your own pace. Q: What time is check out? A: Check out is at 11 AM to allow our team enough time to prepare the villa beautifully for the next guests. Late check out may be available depending on the next booking schedule and must be confirmed in advance. Additional charges apply. For departures between 11 AM and 3 PM, a fee of 50 percent of the daily villa rate will apply. Any departure after 3 PM will be charged at the full daily villa rate. If you need assistance with luggage storage after check out, please let us know in advance. When the villa is not immediately occupied, we are happy to help store your bags. Q: Is daily housekeeping included? A : Yes, daily housekeeping is included in your stay. To ensure your privacy and comfort, cleaning is arranged at your preferred time. Simply coordinate with your villa host to schedule the service. Housekeeping is provided once per day. Your dedicated villa host is available via What’sapp. from 9 AM to 5 PM and remains on call for emergencies. They are always happy to assist with any requests, although they do not stay on site at all times. Q : Can we request extra clean towels? A : In support of our eco conscious approach, towels are refreshed every three days. If you would like your towels replaced, please leave them on the floor and our housekeeping team will collect and change them. Towels left hanging on the racks will be considered clean and will not be replaced. If you require additional towels outside of the scheduled change, feel free to reach out to your villa host and we will do our best to assist. Q : What is the maximum occupancy for the villa? A : The maximum occupancy is 2 guests, including children. For comfort, safety, and licensing compliance, we are unable to accommodate additional guests beyond this number at any time. If your group size changes before arrival, please inform us in advance so we can assist you accordingly. Payment & Cancellation Policy All of our rates are non-refundable. The total cost of your stay is required upon booking. All payments can safely be made by credit card or bank transfer through our online platform by clicking the « book now » button. Damage Deposit A damage deposit of IDR 2,000,000 is required upon check-in and will be refunded upon departure after the villa has been inspected by our team. House Rules - No pets - No parties or events ⁠- Quiet hours: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. A penalty of IDR 3,000,000 will be applied if indoor smoking is detected, in addition to any charges for damages or extra cleaning.
