Dock: Boats are not permitted to moor at the dock at any time.
Primary Renter: Must be 25 or older.
Noise and Parties: Enjoy your vacation with lots of laughter and fun, but no parties, events, performing artists, DJs, or bands are allowed at any time. Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM and be respectful of the neighbors at all times.
Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (6) at any time.
Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping. Any evidence will incur a $500 additional cleaning charge.
Boat Lift: Guests are not permitted to use boat lift or boat stored at property.
