Stay relaxed at Rainshadow Retreat, a light and airy coastal townhome located in Bays Edge Townhomes in Waldport. With four bedrooms and three and a half baths, up to ten guests can enjoy time together here while still having plenty of room to spread out. The home’s fresh modern style, comfortable layout, and inviting atmosphere make it a great fit for families, couples, and small groups looking for an easy Oregon Coast escape. The second-floor living space is open, bright, and welcoming, with large windows and high ceilings that maximize natural light and help showcase the surrounding setting. The spacious kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a beautiful waterfall island, a large farmhouse sink, and plenty of room for gathering over meals, snacks, or morning coffee before heading out for the day. Nearby, the dining area and living room create a comfortable central hub for the group, with ample seating, an electric fireplace for cozy evenings, and a large TV for movie nights or catching the game. Step out onto the deck and take in views of the Alsea Bay Bridge and the town of Waldport, adding an unmistakable sense of place to your stay. With four bedrooms spread across multiple levels, Rainshadow Retreat offers a layout that makes it easy to enjoy both togetherness and privacy. The third floor includes three bedrooms, each with its own TV and heat and air conditioning. The primary bedroom features a king bed, views toward the Alsea Bay Bridge, and an ensuite bath with a tiled walk-in shower. Two additional queen bedrooms are located down the hall, along with a full shared bath and a conveniently placed washer and dryer. On the main entry level, past the garage game space, guests will find a fourth bedroom with a queen bed and its own private bath. This room also has direct access to the backyard hot tub area, creating a peaceful retreat for guests who want a little extra separation. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room adds flexible sleeping space for your group. One of the best parts of staying at Rainshadow Retreat is how easy it is to enjoy both the bay and town from this location. You’ll also receive a digital Guest Guide for the home, packed with helpful tips, house info, and local recommendations to make the most of your stay. • Early check-ins or late check-outs: Standard check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and standard check-out time is 11:00 a.m. If the home is ready earlier on the day of arrival, an early check-in may be available when confirmed with our main office. Late check-outs must be requested and confirmed by our main office prior to departure. There is no guard around water features—use at your own risk. • BBQs/Grills — No Personal Units | Personal BBQs/grills (including charcoal, propane, electric, or portable units) are not permitted on the property. Please use only the grills provided for guest use, if available. • No Feeding Seagulls / Wildlife | Feeding seagulls (or any wildlife) is strictly prohibited at all properties to avoid damage to decks, balconies, and patios, as bird droppings are highly acidic and corrosive. In condo complexes, the HOA may issue fines for violations. Additional cleaning, sanitation, and remediation fees may apply (at the discretion of Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals by Property Manager/Property Manager Homes Inc. and/or the HOA). • Wildlife + Pests | You may see local wildlife during your stay (seagulls, deer, rabbits, raccoons, etc.). Please note: On the Oregon Coast, it’s important to keep the home and outdoor areas free of food and trash—secure all garbage in the provided bins and never leave food outside. For homes that include/offer BBQs, please bring all food items inside and scrape grills clean after use to avoid attracting wildlife. The home is regularly treated for pests, but because we’re in a coastal environment, it’s not unusual for an occasional insect to make an appearance.
