The home is 3 miles from the Mercedes Benz Stadium where the FIFA World Cup games take place. It is 5-10 minutes from Midtown, Downtown, GA Tech, theatres, restaurants, Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca Cola Museum, Top Golf, Olympic Park, and many other amenities. Enjoy being 3-blocks from Knight Park, several blocks from the Beltline and connector trails to the Mercedes Benz Stadium, and 5-minutes to the Westside Reservoir Park. The home is located in Atlanta’s Historic Howell Station, which is a residential neighborhood located in the midst of the trendy revitalized West Midtown Atlanta. It is a family-friendly walkable and vibrant neighborhood. There is a bus stop 2-blocks from the rental home. You can walk to a few bars and restaurants. There is a paved bike/walking path from the neighborhood to the Mercedes Benz Stadium and access to the Beltline paved path, which is adjacent to Howell Station.
You’ll have full access to the entire house. There are no stairs if you access from the back door. This space is yours to enjoy and make yourself at home. Ambulatory Note: If you access the space from the rear there is only 2 riser steps which will get you on the first floor where the Kitchen, Living Room and 2 bedrooms are located.
Self Check-In is simple and secure. A separate auto-generated code will be provided. This code is active only for the duration of your stay, ensuring both convenience and security.

The upper-level loft is an upscale master suite including, 700 sq. ft. of living area; a sitting area at the landing, sitting area with coffee table and desk, sleeping area, queen size bed plus a very comfy fold out bed, French doors leading to the bedroom, and French doors leading to a balcony with comfy seating overlooking the lovely back yard patio. The front porch provides comfortable seating for relaxation, along with a ceiling fan and lamp. The back patio provides privacy, including a hammock, sofa, coffee table, and dining room table. Off-street parking with a 2-car carport.
You are a short walk to the closest Metro Atlanta Rapid Train Station (MARTA) and just 10 miles from the Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson Airport. Uber, Lyft and Limousines rides are available in the area making it easy to get anywhere in the city.
Several paved walking trails run alongside the neighborhood, including the Beltline on one side and connector trails on the other, which take you to other areas of the Beltline, all of which take you to the Mercedes Benz Stadium, which is a 3 mile walk. Use your GPS to navigate the walk on the trails.
