The bedrooms, study and a small terrace occupy the lower level, while the upper level is dedicated to a light-filled open-plan living space that opens fully onto a spectacular 40m² sun terrace. Complete with plunge pool and sweeping views over the Old Town and its sheltered bay, it is a superb spot for relaxing at any time of day.
With cafés, restaurants and shops just moments away, the location could not be more convenient. The height of the terrace ensures both privacy and enviable views, and when you fancy a beach day, the fine sands of Santa Giulia are an easy drive away.
Please note there is no lift access in the building, making it unsuitable for anyone with restricted mobility.
