Villa Riccio – Flaminio House is a cozy vacation home right in the heart of the stylish Flaminio neighborhood, one of the most lively and culturally rich areas of Rome. It’s just a short walk from the Auditorium Parco della Musica, the MAXXI Museum, the Olympic Stadium, Ponte Milvio, and the Teatro Olimpico, making it the perfect spot to start exploring the Eternal City, whether by foot or public transport.
The apartment is located on the second floor and half (third floor USA standard) ,with no elevator, of a quiet building surrounded by greenery and overlooks a large shared garden, which is ideal for relaxing outdoors or letting kids play safely.
The apartment features an entrance, a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, a smart TV with Netflix, a dining table, and chairs. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom and a single bedroom. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, and juicer. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine, making it comfortable even for longer stays.
Guests can also enjoy air conditioning (in the living room and the double bedroom), heating, ultra-fast Wi-Fi with fiber optic, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, bed linens, and towels. A crib for babies is available on request, free of charge.
The apartment’s location is perfect for soaking up the authentic Roman vibe. The neighborhood is full of restaurants, bars, and lively yet laid-back spots. Piazza del Popolo is just a 20-minute walk away, or you can take tram line 2, which stops just 500 meters from the house. From there, you can easily continue on to Via del Corso, Piazza di Spagna, and Villa Borghese.
The nearby "Flaminio" metro station (Line A) makes it easy to reach all the major tourist spots: St. Peter’s, the Vatican Museums, the Trevi Fountain, Piazza di Spagna, Termini Station, and more.
The apartment is also easy to reach from Fiumicino and Ciampino airports. You can take a train or bus to Termini Station, then hop on the metro (Line A) to Flaminio, followed by tram line 2 to the "Flaminia/Fracassini" stop, which is about a 7-minute walk from the house. Alternatively, from Termini Station, you can take bus 910 to the "Melozzo da Forlì" stop, just a 3-minute walk from the apartment.
Villa Riccio – Flaminio House is the perfect choice for those looking for a comfortable, well-connected place in the most authentic part of Rome, without sacrificing peace and greenery.
On request, it is possible to have a transfer service with a private driver who can take guests directly from the airport to the apartment.
For arrivals between 8.00 pm and 11.00 pm there is an additional cost of €30 to be paid in cash upon arrival. After 11.00 pm it is not possible to check in without prior agreement and is subject to availability.
Tourist tax of €6.00 per night (up to a maximum of 10 nights) per person (not applicable for children under 10 years old) to be paid in cash upon arrival.
