Welcome to our cosy apartment located on the first floor with a lift, a perfect corner of tranquility and comfort, ideal for those seeking a welcoming base for their stay in Rome. This apartment is designed to offer maximum convenience, with bright spaces that will make you feel at home right away.
The apartment consists of a large and comfortable living room, furnished with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of tourist explorations in the city. The elegant and spacious double bedroom, with a large wardrobe, will offer you all the space you need for a rejuvenating rest, and also has a private balcony furnished with a small table and two chairs, where you can sip a coffee in the morning or enjoy the cool evening air in complete tranquility. Next to it, there is a twin room, ideal for friends or family, which guarantees privacy and comfort, and can be prepared with either single beds or a double bed (by joining the two single beds).
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook as you would at home, with a dining table where you can share meals and moments of conviviality. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary tools: a Nespresso coffee machine to start the day in the best way, an oven, a microwave and a kettle, everything for a complete home experience. The modern and functional bathroom is equipped with a shower.
Every detail has been designed to offer maximum practicality: the apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, for a comfortable stay in every season, and with free Wi-Fi to stay connected at all times. Furthermore, the presence of a washing machine will ensure maximum convenience for long stays.
The location of the apartment allows you to easily access public transport, allowing you to reach the wonders of the city in just a few minutes. A corner of Rome that will make you feel at home, allowing you to fully experience the atmosphere of the city.
Upon request, a private transfer service to/from the airport can be arranged.
For arrivals from 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm, an additional cost of €30 is required, to be paid in cash upon arrival. After 11:00 pm, check-in is not possible unless previously agreed and subject to availability.
Tourist tax of €6.00 per night (up to a maximum of 10 nights) per person (not applicable to children under 10 years old) to be paid in cash upon arrival.
NEIGHBOURHOOD AND MOBILITY:
The apartment is located in the Monteverde district, one of the greenest and quietest areas of Rome, but at the same time well connected to the rest of the city. The area is famous for its mix of residential beauty and natural areas, such as the Villa Doria Pamphili Park, one of the largest and most picturesque parks in Rome, ideal for a walk, a picnic or a run in the greenery. Just a 15-minute walk away, you can immerse yourself in the history and nature of this park, which houses historic villas, gardens and a large wooded area.
Tram no. 8 is a 4-minute walk from the house and will take you to Trastevere train station in 15 minutes, in 20 minutes you will be in the characteristic Trastevere district and in 30 minutes you will reach Piazza Venezia, the heart of Rome.
From Piazza Venezia, you can reach the Colosseum and the Roman Forums on foot in 10 minutes, Piazza di Spagna, the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon in about 15 minutes.
St. Peter\’s and the Vatican are reachable by bus no. 982, the stop of which is a few minutes\’ walk from the apartment.
The house is easily accessible from Fiumicino Airport by taking the train to Trastevere station, then tram no. 8 for 4 stops (S. Giovanni di Dio), then a 4-minute walk.
From Fiumicino or Ciampino Airport, you can also reach Termini Station and from there take the H bus (your stop is San Giovanni di Dio) which will drop you off 4 minutes\’ walk from the house.
The San Camillo Forlanini Hospital is a 15-minute walk away.
The Bambino Gesù Hospital is a 15-minute drive away.
The University of Roma Tre is easily accessible (about 20 minutes) with a single bus that passes right near the house.
