Spacious newly renovated apartment in the heart of Rione Monti, one of Rome’s most authentic and lively neighborhoods, just an 8-minute walk from the Colosseum. Perfect for families or groups of friends, this apartment offers generous spaces, modern comforts, and a strategic location for exploring the city on foot.
From the apartment, it is easy to reach many of Rome’s wonders, such as the Domus Aurea, the Church of San Pietro in Vincoli with Michelangelo’s famous Moses, and the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, as well as countless restaurants, cafés, and typical neighborhood boutiques.
Located on the second floor with elevator access, the apartment features three double bedrooms, a large living room with two double sofa beds, a dining table with chairs and a TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher, and refrigerator. There are two bathrooms with showers, one of which is en suite, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.
Guests can enjoy free access to all essential amenities, including air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room, heating, Wi-Fi connection, bed linen and towels, a hairdryer in each bathroom, an iron, and a kettle, for a practical and worry-free stay.

Stepping outside, you are immediately immersed in a neighborhood rich in history, artisan shops, cozy cafés, and traditional restaurants, with a lively yet elegant atmosphere.
Within a few minutes’ walk you can reach the Colosseum, the eternal symbol of Rome, along with the Imperial Forums and the Roman Forum, where you can stroll among the ruins of ancient Roman civilization. Very close by is also the Domus Aurea, the extraordinary residence of Emperor Nero, and the Church of San Pietro in Vincoli, home to Michelangelo’s famous Moses.
Continuing your walk, you will easily arrive at the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, one of the four papal basilicas, impressive and rich in history and mosaics. From here, it is easy to reach Piazza Venezia and the majestic Vittoriano (Altare della Patria), an ideal hub for continuing toward the historic center.
With a pleasant stroll, you can also reach the Capitoline Hill, the Capitoline Museums, the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, and Campo de’ Fiori. Thanks to excellent metro and public transport connections, it is also easy to get to the Vatican, St. Peter’s Basilica, Vatican Museums, Trastevere, and other iconic areas of the city.

Just a few minutes’ walk away is the Metro Line B (Cavour station), which quickly connects you to the Colosseum, the Imperial Forums, and other key areas of the city. Numerous bus lines also run nearby, making it convenient to reach Piazza Venezia, the Trevi Fountain, Piazza di Spagna, and the historic center.
With a short transfer to Metro Line A, you can easily reach the Vatican, St. Peter’s Basilica, and the Vatican Museums, while trams and buses provide easy access to Trastevere and other characteristic neighborhoods.

From airports (both Fiumicino and Ciampino) you can easily arrive to the house. You arrive by train or by bus to Termini rail station, then the house is 10 minutes walk or 1 metro stop ( B line).
On request we can provide a pick-up service with private driver (with van) who can wait guests inside the airport, at arrival gates, and bring them right in front of the apartment.
Tourist Tax 6€ per night (10 nights max.) per person (not applicable for children under 10 years old)to be paid by cash at check-in.
For arrivals between 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. there is an additional cost of EUR 30 to be paid in cash on arrival. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 11.00 pm it is not possible to check in without a prior agreement and it is subject to availability.
