Just a completely renovated apartment in a great location to reach in a few minutes all the most important Roman spots.
The Apartment is on the second floor with lift with two double bedrooms ,a single bedroom, a living room with 1 armchair bed and a sofa, table with seats for all guests and tv,a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bathrooms with shower and a big balcony.
Our guests will have free air conditioning, internet wifi, heating,washing machine,towels,bed linen,hair dryer,iron & ironing board, kettletv, balcony, sofabed.
Tram n 8 is a 5 minutes walk from the house.
The tram in 5 minutes will take you to Trastevere train station, in 10 minutes you will be in the heart of Trastevere and in 15 minutes will reach Piazza Venezia, the heart of Rome.
From Piazza Venezia you can reach the Colosseum and Fori Romani in 10 minutes,Spanish steps,Trevi Fountain and Pantheon in about 15 minutes.
The house can be easily reached from Fiumicino airport using the train to Trastevere station then tram n. 8 for 5 stops ( your stop is Gianicolense/Ravizza) then 5 minutes walk
Otherwise from Fiumicino or Ciampino airport you can arrive at Termini train station and from there take the bus H ( your stop is Gianicolense/Ravizza) that will leave you at 5 minutes walk from the house.
The Università degli Studi Roma Tre is easily reachable (about 30 min) with a single bus that passes right near the house.
Tourist Tax 6€ per night (10 nights max.) per person (not applicable for children under 10 years old)to be paid by cash at check-in.
For arrivals between 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. there is an additional cost of EUR 30 to be paid in cash on arrival. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 11.00 pm it is not possible to check in without a prior agreement and it is subject to availability.
For stays longer than 28 days, electricity and gas are paid according to consumption.

A deposit for utilities of € 200 will be required for long term stays.
