1. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, including electronic cigarettes. Please refrain from smoking on the balcony or at the building entrance as well.
2. Parties and loud music are not allowed.
3. Only registered guests are permitted to enter the property. Unauthorized entry will result in additional charges.
4. Pets are not allowed inside the property.
5. Prior to check-in, we require guest information including: full name, address, occupation, gender, date of birth, age, nationality, previous stay*, next destination*, and passport number* (*required only for guests without a Japanese address). A URL will be provided after booking for you to complete this information.
6. This property is surrounded by residential homes. Please be mindful of the neighbors during your stay.
7. Guests are responsible for cleaning during their stay. For garbage collection during your stay, please contact us.
8. A penalty fee of ¥50,000 will be charged for indoor smoking or littering (including cigarette disposal) around the property. If neighbors file complaints, you may be asked to leave immediately.
9. Early check-in and late check-out are generally not allowed, but may be possible upon request. Please consult us in advance.
※If a delayed check-out causes any disruption to cleaning or to the next guest’s use of the room, additional charges may apply.
■Regarding Garbage Collection
Our facility normally collects garbage after check-out.
If you would like garbage to be collected during your stay, please note that an additional fee may apply.
As a general guideline, the amount of garbage collected on the check-out day is one 45L bag per guest.
If the total amount exceeds this, an additional 1,500 JPY (tax excluded) will be charged as a delivery fee, plus 600 JPY (tax excluded) for each extra 45L bag.
