It is one of the safest and most elegant neighborhoods in town. The development where the property sits has all required services and amenities, including 24 hour-security, gym, and retail spaces. Within walking distance are some of the city’s most fashionable shopping centers, boutiques, restaurants and bars. The Space: The Penthouse is set on the 22nd floor of a brand new development in Polanco, comprising services such as 24 hour-security, private gym, sky-lounge, garden and playground, shops and restaurants, as well as free parking for guests. It offers privileged views of Mexico City. The property is spread across two levels. On the top floor you will be greeted by a bright and spacious open-plan living room and dining area; tastefully designed and furnished with style and comfort in mind. This level also has a large, fully equipped kitchen and bar with top of the line appliances. The whole top floor is surrounded by an extensive private outdoor terrace which includes outdoor seating and dining areas for an unparalleled view and experience of Mexico City. The lower level houses the property’s three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and fully-equipped laundry area. The master bedroom includes a king size bed, large TV (with premium satellite TV, Netflix, and streaming services), full private bathroom, and its own private balcony. The second bedroom includes a king size bed. The third bedroom offers two double beds and its own dedicated work space. There is a full bathroom to service these two bedrooms. In addition, there is also a clothes washing/drying machine, iron, ironing board and hair dryer at your disposal. An absolute favorite of the rich and famous. In this place there is no shortage of colonial style mansions, museums, embassies, restaurants, luxurious stores and shopping malls. Take a walk along Masaryk Avenue to find the most upscale, high-end boutiques in Latin America. This is Mexico’s very own 5th avenue. This posh, immaculate area has everything you need and probably, everything you didn’t even know you needed. Polanco is, in short, the Mexican elite playground” Getting Around: Uber is cheap, safe and always available. We also have two private parking spaces in the building that you can use if you’re bringing your own car. Other Things to Note: **Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes. *In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :). *Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times. * We offer a breakfast service (for an extra cost), which we can help you schedule. We have a menu for you that includes vegetarian options :). * Parking a vehicle, whether inside the property or on public streets, is the sole responsibility of the guest. The accommodation assumes no responsibility for theft, damage, or any other incident affecting vehicles or any belongings left inside them. TOWELS: We provide one towel per person per stay. Most of our apartments have washing and drying machines, or are located near a laundry service. Please note that any towels that get permanently stained or damaged will be charged. To avoid this, you will find special towels labeled “makeup” that you can use freely for makeup removal or other products that might stain. Security Deposit For reservations made outside of OTA, OTA, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released upon checkout, provided no damage or violations occur during the stay. The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
