This listing is for the upstairs unit only, and ONLY the upstairs unit has pool and garden access. There are a total of three bedrooms and three bathrooms. There is a large living area with two pullout sofas if needed. The apartment sleeps 8 guests total. The large kitchen includes a full size fridge, microwave, toaster oven, range, dishwasher, dinnerware, pots & pans, and basic cooking tools. There is a bar with barstools for dining space but no formal dining area. This is a private home, guests will have access to the entire upstairs apartment, and exclusive access to the pool and garden. Most everything is within walking distance. If guests do have a car, we provide three (3) off-street parking spaces.
