It is located in a very quiet but not isolated place, only 1 km (20 mins walking distance) from the centre of the village of Ménerbes.

- Bedroom 1 with double bed 180 x 200cm, dressing room with cupboard and bathroom equipped with bath, double washbasin and toilet.
- Bedroom 2 with two single beds of 90 x 200cm and a shower room equipped with a shower, washbasin and toilet.
- Bedroom 3 with double bed 160 x 200cm and a shower room (shower, washbasin and toilet).
- Bedroom 4 with double bed 160 x 200cm and its bathroom (a bath, washbasin and toilet).

EXTERIOR:
- 11 m x 6 m swimming pool (depth: 1m20 - 1m80) heated (optional) and secured by an electric shutter, open from 01/05 to 01/10. 8 high quality deckchairs (Tribu brand), 2 chilinis and a hammock
- Toilet and outdoor shower with cold and hot water
- Shaded terrace on the south side with a clear view on the Luberon and the vineyards. Wrought iron table and 10 chairs
- Terrace on the west side with pool house and summer kitchen (dishwasher - fridge - gas cooker - barbecue - plancha). Large wooden table and 8 chairs

FURTHER INFORMATION:
- Pets allowed upon request with a supplement of 140€ per week
- The swimming pool is open from 25/04 - 31/10
- Optional: swimming pool heating with extra charge (200€/week) in May, June and September
- The pool cover helps maintain a reasonable water temperature, though it still depends on weather conditions.
- There is no possibility to charge an electric vehicle on site
- Final cleaning, linen, towels and fouts towels are provided
- Intermediate cleaning with change of linen for a rental of two consecutive weeks
- The tourist tax is calculated per adult per night according to the classification
