Welcome to Villas Alaia, perfectly located in the heart of Bingin, just minutes from the beach. Designed for comfort and style, it’s perfect for families or friends looking for a memorable Bali escape. Enjoy two private villas side by side, each with its own entrance, two pools, four air-conditioned bedrooms, a billiard table, two full equipped kitchens and a serene joglo for yoga or meditation. Daily cleaning, Wi-Fi, fresh linens, towels and parking are provided for your comfort. The space The property consists of two private villas, both with their own entrances, located side by side in a same alley. Every villa has a lush garden with a private swimming pool surrounded by greenery and a wooden deck with sun loungers - perfect for relaxing under the Bali sun. In the main villa, you can enjoy fun evenings with a pool table or unwind in the beautiful wooden joglo facing the pool. The space is also equipped with yoga mats and dumbbells, ideal for yoga, meditation, or light workouts. Both villas feature spacious living areas with comfortable sofas and dining areas, as well as fully equipped kitchens that include a refrigerator, stove, cookware, utensils, an espresso coffee machine (guests need to purchase their own capsules) and a water dispenser (with two free refills). There are four air-conditioned bedrooms in total, each with an ensuite bathroom and dressing area. In both 2-bedroom villas, one room has a king-size bed while the other offers two single beds that can be joined together. The bathrooms come with a shower, sink, and toilet, along with soap, shampoo, bath and pool towels. Villas Alaia is perfect for families or groups, offering the best of modern tropical living in a relaxing and private setting. Guest access Please note that the villa, pool and garden are private and exclusively reserved for your personal use. We’ve designed the space to ensure your comfort and offer relaxing and enjoyable spaces. We hope you make the most of this private haven and create unforgettable memories during your time with us. Other things to note Welcome to your villa getaway. If you arrive before 2pm, don’t worry - drop off your luggage at our office and soak up Bingin Beach vibes while we prepare your villa. For late arrivals after 7pm, give us a heads-up so we can ensure a warm welcome upon your arrival. A gentle reminder: check-out time is by late morning, 11am at the latest. To keep the villa pristine for our next guests, any unplanned late departures might incur an extra night’s charge. Your cooperation ensures that every guest enjoys a fresh, inviting villa experience. Kindly note that there is ongoing construction taking place next door from 9 am to 5 pm. While we understand that this may occasionally result in some noise, please rest assured that we are making every effort to minimize any disruptions. Your comfort and peace are important to us. Need a little extra help or special gear? We’re here to help from in-villa chefs, babysitting to relaxing massages, private drivers, scooters rental and even surf lessons - we’ve got you covered. And for our little guests, we offer baby essentials like cots and high chairs, plus safety features like pool gates and more - all upon request and subject to availability.
