Welcome to Complex Alaia, a beautiful 5bdrs in the heart of Bingin, just minutes from the beach. The complex includes one connected set ( 1bdr + 2bdrs villa joined by a garden door) and another separate 2bdrs villa next door in the same alley. Perfect for families or groups, it features 3 private pools, 3 gardens, 3 kitchens, 5 air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and dressing rooms. Daily cleaning, Wi-Fi, towels, linens and parking are all included for your comfort. The space Villa Alaia is perfectly located just minutes from the beach and many restaurants. This beautiful complex consists of three private villas. One set villas includes a 1 bedroom suite and a 2 bedroom villa , each with its own private entrance and connected by a large sliding door between the gardens. You can keep the door open or closed for more privacy or connection. Next to it, there’s another separate 2-bedroom villa with its own private entrance, located right beside the others in the same quiet alley. Each villa has its own enclosed tropical garden and private pool, complete with wooden deck, sun loungers and umbrella - perfect for relaxing under the sun. In one of the 2-bedroom villas, you’ll find a pool table and a beautiful wooden joglo facing the pool, equipped with yoga mats and dumbbells for yoga, meditation, or light workouts. There are three comfortable living areas, each featuring large sofas and a coffee table. Each villa also includes a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, cookware and dining utensils. You’ll find an espresso coffee machine (guests need to purchase their own capsules) and a water dispenser with two free refills provided upon arrival. The five air-conditioned bedrooms each come with a dressing area and a private bathroom. The suite has one king bed, while each 2-bedroom villa has one room with a king bed and one with two single beds that can be joined together. All bedrooms are bright and airy, with large sliding windows and blackout curtains to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Every bathroom features a spacious shower, sink and toilet. We provide soap, shampoo, bath and pool towels for your comfort. Complex Alaia is ideal for families or groups who want to stay close to Bingin Beach while enjoying privacy, comfort and modern tropical living. Other things to note Welcome to your villa getaway. If you arrive before 2pm, don’t worry - drop off your luggage at our office and soak up Bingin Beach vibes while we prepare your villa. For late arrivals after 7pm, give us a heads-up so we can ensure a warm welcome upon your arrival. A gentle reminder: check-out time is by late morning, 11am at the latest. To keep the villa pristine for our next guests, any unplanned late departures might incur an extra night’s charge. Your cooperation ensures that every guest enjoys a fresh, inviting villa experience. Kindly note that there is ongoing construction taking place next door from 9 am to 5 pm. While we understand that this may occasionally result in some noise, please rest assured that we are making every effort to minimize any disruptions. Your comfort and peace are important to us. Need a little extra help or special gear? We’re here to help from in-villa chefs, babysitting to relaxing massages, private drivers, scooters rental and even surf lessons - we’ve got you covered. And for our little guests, we offer baby essentials like cots and high chairs, plus safety features like pool gates and more - all upon request and subject to availability.
