The apartment is located in an exceptional area, on the fifth and top floor with elevator of a typical Parisian building, rue Ponthieu in the 8th arrondissement of Paris, close to the Champs-Elysées and just a few minutes’ walk from the Arc de Triomphe. It boasts an exclusive location and invites you to stay as close as possible to the cultural activity of Paris.
The apartment opens onto a beautiful entrance hall, giving access to all the rooms in the apartment. The living room is equipped with two sofas, a connected TV and a large dining table, to enjoy convivial moments. Opposite, the separate kitchen is fully equipped.
Both bedrooms are spacious and warm, with Queen-size beds, hotel-quality bedding, plenty of storage space and smart TVs. One bedroom also has access to a balcony.
The spacious bathroom has a bathtub. The WC is separate.
