The home offers 2,129 square feet of space across a single level, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six guests in style and comfort.
Entering the home, guests are greeted by dual living areas. The first features a red brick non operable fireplace, leather sofa, wood viga ceilings, and breathtaking views of the red rocks through expansive sliding glass doors. The second living space brings an eclectic modern contrast, with natural light, whimsical wood stump bar seating, and a Smart TV—perfect for morning coffee or evening movies.
The kitchen is fully equipped with upgraded appliances, ample counter space, a breakfast nook, and easy access to the patio. Adjacent is the dining area, with generous seating for shared meals and special moments.
