We provide beach essentials such as towels, 8 chairs, 2 umbrellas, a beach cart, and a rolling cooler. A local favorite spots manual is also provided for your exploration! We recommend checking the tank upon arrival to plan accordingly. We are happy to reimburse one propane refill with a receipt. -Pool heater is turned off 4/15 - 9/15. Our heater will be on 9/16-4/14 for 24/7 at the Standard heated temperature. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. We have pool maintenance come 2x a week! -Trash/recycle days are posted in the house and in our house manual.
