Nestled within an exclusive, gated community, Promontory Cobalt Cabin offers the ultimate luxury mountain getaway where every detail is designed to make your stay unforgettable. Situated about a 15-minute drive from Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley, you will have quick access to some of the top ski resorts in the country. Historic Old Town Main Street, with its array of shopping, dining, and nightlife options, is also a short 15-minute drive away. Kimball Junction, offering additional amenities and attractions, is just 8 miles from the property. Enjoy skiing in the winter and hiking or biking in the summer.
This brand-new, two-level, 2791 SF home provides three bedrooms (all with en suites) and three and a half bathrooms, to accommodate nine guests in unparalleled comfort and style.
Upon entering from the 2-car garage, drop your shoes and gear in the mudroom and step into the main level living area.
Living Room:
This contemporary space features high ceilings and natural light. You will find a plush sectional, a 65” Samsung Smart TV with YouTube TV, and a cozy gas fireplace. Double slider doors open to a spacious back patio with outdoor seating, a private hot tub, and peaceful views.
Kitchen:
The kitchen boasts stylish stone countertops and high-end Wolf stainless steel appliances, including a gas range. It is fully equipped for all your culinary needs for those homemade meals and offers bar seating for four at the kitchen island.
Dining Area:
The lovely dining area features a wood dining table with seating for six and is conveniently situated next to the living room and kitchen.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom 1 (Main level): King bed, 55” Samsung Smart TV, en suite bathroom, and direct access to the expansive patio and soothing hot tub. The en suite bathroom includes two separate vanities, a walk-in closet, a stand-alone tub, a large tile/glass shower, and a water closet for privacy.
Master Bedroom 2 (Upper level): King bed, 55” Fire TV Smart TV, and a private balcony to experience the fresh mountain air. The en suite bathroom also has two separate vanities, a walk-in closet, a stand-alone tub, a large tile/glass shower, and a water closet.
Bedroom 3 (Upper level): Bunk room with full over full bunk beds and a twin trundle, and a 43” Vizio Smart TV. The private bathroom boasts a large stone counter vanity with one sink and a tile/glass shower. This room also has a private balcony.
An additional half bath is available on the main level.
Outdoor Spaces:
The patio, extending the length of the home, provides a serene spot to enjoy the fresh air. Guests can dine outdoors at the table with chairs or relax in the private hot tub, all while taking in the tranquil views.
Community Amenities: There are local hiking/biking trails in the area. Guests are not permitted to use the private Promontory Club amenities, golf course, or amenities at this time.
Promontory Shuttle: Guests have access to the ski shuttle by reserving through Promontory concierge (no access to ski lodges).
Reservations open at 6:00 PM two days prior, with a limit of 6 riders per membership and 25 riders per time slot. Riders under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Please check your check-in instructions for the shuttle schedule and how to sign up.
Electronics: Smart TVs with cable programming in all bedrooms and living room.
Wireless Internet: Free high-speed WiFi throughout the property.
Laundry: Full-size washer and dryer located in the laundry room, accessible from the garage entry on the main level.
