Welcome to Park City Alpine Oasis - A Contemporary Mountain Retreat
Nestled in the heart of historic Old Town Park City, Park City Alpine Oasis offers the perfect combination of modern comfort and mountain serenity. Just a short walk to Main Street, you’ll find world-class dining, shopping, and vibrant nightlife. For ski access, it is a quick walk to hop on the free Park City Trolley to take you to the Park City Mountain Resort Town Lift or to Old Town Transit Center to go to Deer Valley.
This multi-level 2,762 square foot retreat is flooded with natural light and stunning mountain views. It features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests.
You will enter through the garage or front door, then ascend the stairs to the 2nd/main level living area that is open and bright boasting a vaulted ceiling and hardwood flooring.
Living Room: Relax in the bright and airy living room, which features contemporary mountain décor. A comfortable leather sectional sofa and plush chairs are perfect for lounging, complemented by a 55” Samsung Smart TV and a cozy gas fireplace. There is also a fun hanging chair. Step onto the private deck and relax on the cushioned patio furniture or enjoy outdoor dining while taking in breathtaking mountain views.
Kitchen: The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with high-end stainless-steel appliances, including a Wolf gas range, a Keurig and drip coffee maker, and a farm sink that catches the morning sun. The large center island seats three, perfect for casual breakfasts. Step out the back door to a private hot tub, ideal for relaxing after a day on the slopes.
Dining Area: Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area features a wooden table with seating for up to nine, including a mix of chairs and a bench. A wet bar with a wine fridge makes it easy to store and enjoy your favorite vintages.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Suite (3rd Level): The entire top floor is dedicated to the luxurious master suite. This private oasis features a plush king bed, a 50" Samsung Smart TV, vaulted ceilings, and a wall of windows offering mountain views. The en suite bathroom is spa-like, with a dual-sink stone vanity, a free-standing soaking tub, a spacious walk-in tile/glass shower, and a private water closet. The suite also includes a walk-in closet with a private laundry area (full-size front-load washer and dryer).
Bedroom 2 (2nd Level): This cozy room features a queen bed, a spacious closet, and access to a shared full bathroom. The shared bath includes a stone vanity and a tile and glass shower with two showerheads.
Bedroom 3 (1st Level): Furnished with a comfortable queen Murphy bed, built-in drawers, and large windows, this bedroom is bright and airy. Guests here also have access to the full shared bath on this level.
Bunk Room (1st Level): Perfect for kids or additional guests, this room offers twin-over-full bunk beds, a 43" Smart TV, and a private bathroom with a stone vanity and a tile/glass shower.
Outdoor Spaces: The main-level deck features cushioned seating, a gas fire pit, a dining table, and a gas BBQ, all with stunning mountain views. Just outside the kitchen door, you’ll find a private hot tub – the perfect way to relax after a day of skiing, hiking, or exploring Park City.
