Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,000. We understand accidents happen, so we’ve got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself. -*Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the Property Manager tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank.
