A stylish three-bedroom, two-bathroom house in the heart of Battersea, thoughtfully arranged over two floors. This home offers generous space and a modern feel. The ground floor features a lovely open-plan layout that combines the kitchen, dining area, and sitting room, all of which are connected in one flowing space. Large windows and glass doors fill this space with natural light and open onto a conservatory-style extension leading out to a private garden. This house is a lovely and practical base for families or groups visiting London.
The entrance opens into a bright, open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The sitting area, positioned toward one corner, provides a comfortable space, complete with a flat-screen smart television. The kitchen is fitted with modern appliances, generous counter space, and a sleek and functional layout. A large dining table sits centrally in the space, positioned with lovely garden views. At the back, the conservatory extension adds an extra layer of space, light, and an additional array of seating spots. The tall glass doors open directly to the private open garden.
Upstairs, you will find three comfortably sized bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. On the first floor, there is a generous double room, fitted with a double bed and a second bedroom next door, fitted with a single bed. This room can also be utilised as an office. There is a modern shared bathroom with a shower on the first landing. On the second floor, you will find the master bedroom. This room is very spacious, filled with natural light and has ample storage space. There is a private en-suite bathroom connected to the bedroom, complete with a shower and a separate free-standing bath.
Natural light fills every room through large windows and glass doors. Modern interiors are also thoughtfully designed, furnished with neutral tones, and the layout and finishes make the space feel practical, uncluttered, and designed for everyday comfort.
Guests will have access to the entire property and garden.
The nearest major station is Clapham Junction Station (National Rail / Overground) - approximately a 10-minute walk from the property.
From Clapham Junction, you have direct and frequent services to : London Waterloo Station (approx. 10-12 minutes) and London Victoria Station (approx. 8-10 minutes). The station also offers excellent links across London and onwards toward major hubs and airports.
Several convenient bus routes also connect you to other areas of London. We recommend you download CityMapper for the best recommended routes to your destinations.
Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter.

Please note that the bedroom with the single bed can pull out to make two single beds.
If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change.
We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request.
Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm. Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee.
Where a check in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in. Please enquire for additional information on this when booking.
