This is a wondrous location for exploring the Mendocino Coast. This beautiful cottage is secluded on six acres of oceanfront property that it shares with the owners home.
Whether you are celebrating a honeymoon, a birthday, or a quiet weekend of solitude, you’ll find rich colors and beautiful European style in the redecorated living space. Start your morning in the kitchenette with a great cup of coffee then go out on the private deck and read your phone or newspaper while watching the passing whales, osprey, and harbor seals as seagulls fly lazily overhead.
Take morning walks one-mile up the road to the Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens, admire colorful shores of Glass Beach just beyond downtown Fort Bragg and peruse the many Art Galleries of Mendocino. Use the free WiFi to make plans for the day ahead, or simply drive aimlessly on the spectacular Mendocino Coast of Highway 1.

Please park in front of Le Faux rather than in front of the main house. Cell phone service is spotty and even non-existent in some places.
