This private Amed villa has 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, king size beds, black out curtains and air conditioning. All rooms have an ocean view, and you can step out of your bed right into the private 12m infinity pool. The enclosed living and kitchen area includes a large and comfortable lounge area, a 6-person dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen. Large sliding doors and ceiling fans ensure a pleasant and refreshing breeze at all times. Another lovely lounge area can be found outside, next to the pool and with stunning views. Enjoy it in the evenings or during the day by jumping in the pool or relaxing on the bean bags and sun loungers in your Amed private villa. Breakfast is included and daily housekeeping is provided. Our manager will assist you with any questions or requests that may come up during your stay. He can also assist with the following: scooter/car rental, transportation, massage, and local knowledge and tours. Please do not hesitate to contact him during your stay. Security is on-site during night time. Make sure to follow the IG of Property Manager for daily holiday inspiration. - In case of power cut, a generator on site will provide electricity. - You may encounter a super friendly dog wandering around the property. He is the guardian of the premises and pay absolutely no attention to our guests. - In case of doubts and to avoid any incident, please ask our on-site team for assistance in regards to the professionally equipped kitchen. - Please note that no party or loud music is allowed at the property. The road to the parking lot is steep. Driving experience is required. * We take extra measures to ensure guests are safe during their stay. The villa is thoroughly cleaned according to OTA’s cleaning procedures to prevent the spread of Covid-19. Hand sanitizer is available during your stay and our staff will always wear masks. * Bali is a tropical natural environment with high humidity and lots of green plants. Geckos and insects are unique to the island. Although the hotel regularly applies mild pest control measures, some situations may still occur. Please note that all of these are completely harmless and very important for the balance of the ecosystem. * The living/communal areas of this villa are semi-open, so there is no air conditioning in the living/communal areas, only the bedrooms do not have air conditioning, but ceiling fans are available and sliding doors can be opened to enjoy the natural breeze. * * When guests book the villa as a three-bedroom stay, only one bedroom in the living room is available * - Q: When can I check in? A: Please be informed that the check-in time is at 3pm by default. However, we welcome you to check in anytime after 11am. You can drop off your luggage first and start exploring the area until your room is ready. If you request early check-in, we will try to accommodate your request based on the availability of the villa. - Q: What time do I have to check out? - A: Our default check-out time is 11:00am. Late check-out is subject to availability and extra fees. Please note that late check-out between 11:00am and 6:00pm will be charged an additional 50% of the nightly rate. Any departure after 18:00 will be charged an extra night’s room rate. Please let us know if you need to drop off your luggage after your departure time. We will be happy to store it for you. - Q: Can I ask the housekeeper or chef to arrange meals in the villa? - A: You can request a private butler to meet your needs should you wish to dine in the villa. He or she can help you prepare simple meals, whether breakfast/lunch or dinner, but there is an additional charge. Just inform your housekeeper a day in advance. He or she will help you buy the freshest ingredients and delight you with simple delicacies. If you want a professional chef to cook at the villa. We will be able to recommend trusted partners who can prepare high-quality meals at an additional cost. Just ask your housekeeper. - Q: What is the maximum capacity of the villa? - A: Maximum capacity is 6 people. Any additional person will be charged 45 euros/person/night. Only three extra people are allowed on site. - Q: Do we have daily cleaning? - A: Yes, for your convenience, we provide daily cleaning. To respect the privacy of each guest, please contact your butler if you would like your villa to be cleaned and at what time. Payment & Cancellation Policy All of our rates are non-refundable. The total cost of your stay is required upon booking. All payments can safely be made by credit card or bank transfer through our online platform by clicking the « book now » button. Damage Deposit A damage deposit of IDR 2,000,000 is required upon check-in and will be refunded upon departure after the villa has been inspected by our team. House Rules - No pets - No parties or events ⁠- Quiet hours: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
