Welcome to Antlers Ridge Lodge, hosted by Property Manager. Nested among the forest, this home is everything you could want in a destination vacation home. Sleeping ten people comfortably and allowing for extra play space with a pool table and game space, this home can morph to fit any need. The kitchen is spacious and is covered in black marble countertops, with a breakfast bar. In the summer, the balcony is a great place to have dinner and drinks to close out an amazing day.

- Whipping up a meal in the gourmet kitchen, but please don’t serve venison. Your wild neighbors out back may be offended.
- Mopping the floor with your challengers as you dominate the pool table.
WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 25 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 10 people.
- The maximum number of cars at the property is 4.
- You’ll have to drive down a short dirt road to get to the house.
- Although there’s a water filtration system, the very high iron content in the well water leaves mineral deposits on some of the fixtures in the home.
- This home could allow up to two dogs with final approval from Property Manager. Please let us know if you are planning on bringing a pet, emotional support animal, or service animal when booking. All details need to be submitted via text message or email for approval. The pet cleaning fee is $150 per animal and the pet rental fee is $50/night per animal. Pet fees will be added to the reservation after approval and are non-refundable.
- During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for your 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for your arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.
- Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited.
WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
