Exceptional and beautiful Beaufort historic waterfront home located at the tip of the Historic District on Bay Street, overlooking the majestic Beaufort River and Intracostal Waterway. The house is a very short walk from the Downtown Beaufort Marina and the many shops and restaurants on Bay street.
This home has an inviting, spacious living room with a huge bay window that provides great natural lighting throughout. There is an enclosed sunroom/winter-garden where you can enjoy a book or morning coffee while relaxing and taking in the views of the Beaufort River and surrounding lush, subtropical foliage. The spacious dining room offers a large table and seating for ten. The immaculate, modern and stylish kitchen is fully equipped and functional. Full-size appliances and plenty of counter space make for ease of making meals at home.
There are a total of four bedrooms in the house.
A guest bedroom located downstairs with a king-size bed, vanity table, private entrance and outdoor sitting area leading to the gorgeous large and spacious backyard. There is a shared full bath located downstairs as well, equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Upstairs you will find the other three bedrooms.
One guest bedroom has two queen beds and a vanity table. This room also overlooks the courtyard out back.
The first master bedroom upstairs has a king size bed, ensuite desk area and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanities, and walk-in closets. You can enjoy immaculate views of the Beaufort River right from the bedroom and the desk area.
The second master bedroom upstairs has a king size bed, vanity table, an ensuite bathroom, and has those wonderful views of the Beaufort River as well.
There is a large covered deck off of the kitchen with seating, shade, a gas BBQ grill, and an outdoor sink. Perfect for enjoying intimate or family gatherings outdoors. From the deck, you can descend down to the courtyard, with a beautiful water fountain and excellent landscaping.
This home is a must-stay for those visiting the Beaufort area who want to be centrally located with great amenities!
