On the subject of skiing, local skiing options are nearby for those who aren’t up to going to a resort to explore the slopes.
The fully enclosed yard is a wonderful private oasis where you will find a bubbly hot tub, beautiful mountain views, an outdoor dining area, and a gas grill - this is the perfect spot to enjoy the outdoors while still being at home! Upon entering this fabulous home away from home, you will discover a beautifully appointed interior with a classic New Mexico design. The welcoming living area invites you to spread out comfortably and stream entertaining movies and shows on the smart TV - there is a cozy seating area by the fireplace where you can snuggle up and create everlasting memories with your loved ones. Adjacent to the living area is the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all the essentials. The home also enjoys a welcoming sunroom that opens to the backyard. There are two main bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. One of the bathrooms features a claw foot tub and a stacked washer/dryer.
