Value, lake views and versatile spaces…you get it all at this unique South Lake Tahoe property! The 3BR/3BA Lake House and 2BR/2BA Carriage House -- each offering a full kitchen and dining room -- are ideal for two families or a large group traveling together. Located in a quiet neighborhood, this newly built property exudes high-quality craftsmanship.
LAKE HOUSE
Along with lake views out sliding glass doors, the living room has a gas stone fireplace and large sectional sofa.
Overlooking the lake, the luxurious primary bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, granite vanity, and water closet.
The second bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed, while the upstairs third bedroom has a full-size bed. There is a guest bath on each floor -- one has a tub/shower combination and one has a walk-in shower.
CARRIAGE HOUSE
Cozy up on the sofa by the gas fireplace and watch TV in the living room. A large picture window gives you a view of the lake and the lake house.
Escape from it all in the primary suite, featuring a queen bed, 55” TV, wood plank ceilings, and double doors to a private balcony with lake views. The open-concept en-suite bathroom has two separate sinks, a walk-in shower, and water closet.
The guest bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed, while the guest bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.

Each house also has Roku for the TVs, with Netflix, Hulu, and HBO Go.
Please note: There is a steep ledge that drops off from the backyard to the parking lot.
Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.
Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.
This property is not equipped with air-conditioning.
LOCATION
Walk down to Lake Tahoe, with gorgeous mountains rising in the distance. You can watch the boats on the water in summer or snow blanketing the lake in winter.
Swim and sunbathe at Thomas F. Regan Memorial City Beach, located directly in front of the house. Lakeview Commons, just 5 blocks away, has an amphitheater with live music on Thursday nights. Bring a picnic dinner!
Downtown South Lake Tahoe’s restaurants and shops are just a 3-minute drive. Feeling lucky? The casino corridor is just 10 minutes away.
South Lake Tahoe is great in the winter too, with skiing and snowboarding at Heavenly Mountain Resort (10 minutes).
In response to South Lake Tahoe County’s ordinance on short term rentals, we are operating under STVR License #009021 and 009023. As per the ordinance, this vacation rental cannot be used for any type of parties, including weddings and receptions. Maximum allowable City occupancy is 12 people and 2 cars; over occupancy will be subject to City citation/fine. Please note that we have a strict NO PARTY policy; failure to comply will result in eviction.
