This location is something you won’t easily find anywhere–it has a little something for everyone–mountain biking, casinos, golf, hiking, spas, shopping, and, of course, water recreation of all kinds. Casinos and concerts are just over a mile away. The Heavenly Gondola, Adventure Park, shops, and fine dining. Less than two miles away is Heavenly Ski Resort, which offers more than 4,600 skiable acres with runs appropriate for all levels. Another great perk of this resort is that you can find daycare programs and children’s ski lessons, so feel free to bring the kids along. Spend your days hiking through the Sierra Nevada Mountains, shredding powder along the slopes of Squaw Valley Ski Resort, getting the bird’s-eye view of the lake from the Heavenly Gondola or kayaking in Emerald Bay.<br><br>

Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.
