Travel back in time during your stay along the Oregon Coast at our NEWLY remodeled That 70’s Beach House Ocean-Front Charmer. This fantastic location is nestled on 1/4-acre property, surrounded by coastal pines and just one block from Coquille Point & The National Wildlife Refuge at Elephant Rock Beach. Take in the sweeping views of all that the Pacific Ocean has to offer, sea lions, whales, seagulls, and more, right from our large second story deck or under cover inside one of our home’s four covered enclosed/porches. While most of you may be visiting for the world-renowned golf courses at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort just five miles from this home; others may be interested in just relaxing beach walks, collecting agates, and touring our famous Coquille River Lighthouse. Additionally, Bandon’s Old Town area offers many wonderful restaurants, art galleries, and shopping along The Boat Harbor only one mile away.
Back at your stay, continue to gaze out at magnificent ocean views from every room of That 70’s Beach House. True to its character, the home boasts a funky, cool vibe throughout! Settle down and enjoy the comfortable ambiance of the living room, where a large smart TV ensures you stay up to date on your streaming. Steps from here, the well-equipped gourmet kitchen presents all of the modern convenience you need to prepare delicious meals. The main floor primary bedroom has its own private covered sunroom porch for enjoying ocean and wildlife viewing without the noise of family or the cool wind or weather. This is a super quiet morning coffee/ reading nook space all to yourself.
Follow the custom built Mid-Century Modern staircase and nostalgic colorful decor to the lower floor hangout area to enjoy playing board games, puzzling into the evening, cornhole tournaments in the covered solarium, or poker games until the sun comes up. Both levels of this home have their own temperature settings (thermostats), two beds and full bath, family rooms, laundry, and kitchens too. Perfect for two families to share or a four-person golfing crew with their significant others in tow.
Also downstairs, roll up the grand solarium’s glass-framed garage door to open up to the brand-new concrete ’Sun-Set’ patio and beautiful ’Wave-Garden’ backyard area. Please enjoy the Weber Propane Camping BBQ which requires you to bring a16oz propane canister to grill; OUTSIDE only. When finished cooking, always roll the grill back under cover, close and lock the garage patio door please.
