Completed with 24/7 concierge, security, and controlled access. ★ BEDROOM 1 Features a King size bed, Smart TV, and ample storage space. ★ BEDROOM 2 Features a queen size bed with a Smart TV ★ LIVING ROOM: Features a queen sofa bed for additional accommodations and a Smart TV and large windows with lots of natural light and views. Open concept to the kitchen with island and with a dining table in between the spaces. ★ KITCHEN: Equipped with modern appliances, including a full-size fridge, oven, stove, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, and essential cookware. ★ PARKING: Nearby parking garage, valet or street parking. ★ PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY: Front desk package holding available, with no mailbox key access. ★ PROVISIONS: Includes WiFi, Smart TVs, ironing set, laundry facilities, and starter toiletries. Note: Washcloths and kitchen towels not included. ★ PET POLICY: Pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Advance notice of the number and weight of pets is required.
