Thoughtfully designed and ideally located, this inviting home offers seasonal views of Grandfather Mountain and a serene setting the whole family will adore.
Step inside to a bright and airy main living space featuring an open-concept floor plan that seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, complete with sleek GE Café appliances. Expansive windows frame the picturesque views, flooding the home with natural light—a picture-perfect spot to watch the sunrise with your coffee or unwind at sunset with a glass of wine.
The primary bedroom is comfortably furnished with a queen bed and includes a private full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a twin-over-queen bunk bed and offers convenient access to a second full bathroom located in the hallway—ideal for families or groups traveling together.
Outside, enjoy the brand-new wraparound deck with a covered porch—an ideal spot to unwind, dine al fresco, or simply soak in the serene mountain views and added privacy. Guests traveling with dogs will appreciate the fully fenced yard, offering a safe and secure space for furry companions to roam and relax.

Beyond the walls of this lovely home, the Linville Land Harbor community presents a wealth of amenities to enhance your stay. Nature enthusiasts will revel in the hiking opportunities, while the community offers opportunities for friendly competitions with seasonally available amenities (open May-Oct) such as a recreation room, shuffleboard, basketball, and tennis. A serene lake beckons for fishing or kayaking, providing an idyllic backdrop for outdoor activities. For those seeking relaxation, a wonderful swimming pool awaits (open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day each year.) The public golf course has gorgeous views as you walk along the neighborhoods and lake. Next to Hole #9 is the newly built addition, The Patio Grill. It offers a quick bite to eat or drink. The Patio Grill will be open for both breakfast and lunch during the operational season. The Grill’s hours are 7:30am - 3:30pm.
Additional notes:
- This home is pet friendly. Max two mature dogs for an additional rent of $25 per night per pet plus tax. If you leave the property without your family dog(s), then they MUST be crated.
- 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-April and chains may also be necessary during inclement weather for all mountain homes.
- All BRMR homes offer well-stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple of garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. Towels and linens will be provided.
- This owner utilizes a driveway facing camera. No other cameras point at the home or at any of the common areas.
- This home includes a Generac backup generator in the event of a power outage.
- Towels and linens will be provided for you.
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
