Whether you’re here for skiing, family adventures, or a peaceful mountain escape, this home delivers comfort, space, and style in every season.
The home opens into a stunning great room where a soaring tongue-and-groove lofted ceiling and a dramatic wall of windows flood the space with natural light. The open-concept design seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining area, and living room, making it perfect for gathering with family and friends.
The chef-ready kitchen features sleek quartz countertops, abundant custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a large island, and all the kitchen essentials you’ll need to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a holiday feast. The dining table comfortably seats eight, with seating for six more at the island, keeping everyone close to the action.
The connected living area offers plenty of comfortable seating centered around a cozy gas log fireplace with a TV mounted above on a beautiful stone accent wall—an inviting spot to unwind after a day in the mountains. A convenient half bath is located near by.
Just off the great room, the primary suite is a true retreat. It features a king bed, private deck access, and a spacious sitting area with leather seating, a private gas log fireplace, and its own mounted TV. The luxurious ensuite bath includes double quartz vanities, a jetted soaking tub, and a custom tiled shower.
On the opposite side of the great room, you’ll find a dedicated game room complete with a full-size pool table, a large flat-screen TV, and multiple comfortable couches—perfect for game nights, movie marathons, or rainy-day fun.
Downstairs, a second living area offers a massive sectional facing another large mounted TV, along with a nearby card table for games or puzzles. This level includes a second king suite with deck access, a private TV, and an ensuite bathroom featuring double quartz vanities and a shower/tub combo. A welcoming queen bedroom and a full-over-full bunk room are also located on this level, along with a shared hall bathroom offering double quartz vanities and another shower/tub combo. All bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished with tasteful décor and ample storage.
Step outside and enjoy two spacious decks designed for relaxation and mountain living. The upper deck features a dining table, plenty of comfortable seating, and a propane grill—the perfect place to enjoy meals while taking in peaceful mountain views through the woods. Down below, the lower deck invites you to slow down with rocking chairs and a private hot tub. Sink into the warm bubbles, breathe in the cool mountain air, and let the stress melt away as you relax here, day or night.
Just steps from the deck, a firepit provides the perfect spot for roasting marshmallows, sharing stories, and enjoying crisp mountain evenings under the stars.

- Please note that this property does not permit pets anywhere on the premises. Thanks for not bringing pets for your stay.
- Firewood can be added any time more than 7 days prior to arrival. One nights worth of wood is $25+tax and includes 2 bundles of split logs plus a fire starter.
- Mountain roads are typically curving and can be moderately steep in some areas. 4WD and AWD incase of incliment conditions in the winter months of November through March.
- This homeowner uses exterior cameras to ensure the home’s security. They are mounted on the garage, the side of the house, and the front of the house, all pointing away from the home, and do not view the hot tub, fire pit, or other areas where guests may choose to gather.
- Please note that the distances shown on OTA’s map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.
Please note that this property absolutely does not permit pets anywhere in or on the premises at any time including outdoor spaces. Bona fide service animals as prescribed by a medical professional may be permitted, and the presence of a service animal must be disclosed prior to check-in. Misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a crime under North Carolina law. Guests who bring a pet to a no-pet home will be subject to a non-refundable $750 fee to reimburse the owner for wrongful use of their home as well as compensate for removing pet hair and dander and clean carpets and upholstery.
If any pets are discovered during your tenancy including via security camera or observation of neighbors or BRMR staff, your credit card on file will be charged for the above-mentioned fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY -
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
