After a delicious meal, kick back and relax by streaming all your favorite movies on any of the four smart TVs, ensuring perfect downtime. Though the interior design and decor are stunning, the backyard is a secluded sanctuary with a spacious deck, private grill, and pool with spa! Spend an afternoon grilling up some juicy burgers and splitting time between lounging in the sun and taking a dip in the pool. Open a few bottles of wine and watch the golfers pass by as the sun goes down to finish off the perfect day.
Heron Point by Pete Dye is remarkably close, as you can see the fairways from your backyard! If you want a day by the water, Sea Pines Beach is a short bike ride away where you take some time for yourself on the warm sand. Plus, a tremendous local surf shop is nearby for some shopping and gear if needed.
Pool can be heated from Labor Day-Memorial day. 7 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 65 per day plus tax must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact management after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay

This property has a pool and spa that can be heated between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional fee of $X.
Please note that the pool and spa share the same heater. In order for the spa to be heated, the pool heat must also be activated. When the spa is isolated to reach a higher temperature, the pool will temporarily stop heating. Guests are kindly asked to turn off the spa when it is not in use.
If the outside temperature falls below 55°F, the pool may not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. Refunds will not be provided if the pool or spa does not reach the desired temperature but is still actively heating.
A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required to arrange pool and spa heating. The heating fee must be paid prior to check-in. Guests may contact management after booking to add pool and spa heat to their reservation.
Please be aware that the Plantations and Condominium Complexes do not allow trailers, motor homes, motorcycles and/or recreational vehicles and rooftop cargo (i.e. Kayaks, Canoes etc.) other than car top Carriers. Electric bikes are not permitted in the Plantations.
