Originally built in the early 1900s at the corner of Yellowstone Avenue and Faithful Street, it evolved from a family residence to a classic bunkhouse before being relocated in 1977 to its peaceful, wooded setting. With approximately 2,400 square feet of thoughtfully designed space, The Moose Bunkhouse offers four comfortable bedrooms and three full bathrooms, accommodating up to eight guests. The open-concept living and dining area invites relaxation, while the fully equipped kitchen—complete with stainless-steel appliances, a cooktop island, and a wine refrigerator—makes cooking a pleasure. Unwind by the cozy living room, stream your favorite shows on high-speed Wi-Fi, or step out to the deck and screened porch to take in the crisp mountain air. The typical summer season runs from the 3rd Saturday in April until November 1st. The West Entrance then closes from November 1st until mid-December, and then re-opens for the winter “oversnow” travel season typically from mid-December until mid-March. The entrance closes again until the opening day of the summer season in April. These dates are subject to change; please confirm current park operating dates prior to booking your stay.
